  • What's the difference in the coffee grinds?

**Our Medium grind is labelled as Standard, and our Fine grind is labelled as Espresso.

  • I like to grind my own coffee, which is best for me?
  1. We recommend getting Whole Bean if you do your own grinding.
  • Has the coffee been sitting on a warehouse storage shelf?
  1. No. The coffee is fresh, made only in small batches to retain quality and is only roasted once you order. That's right, our coffee is roasted to order and once the roasting is completed, we pack and ship it the same day! This helps us give our customers the freshest and most delicious coffee possible!
  • Do you have organic coffee?
  1. Yes. We have organic coffee and tea. Please refer to the ingredients list.
  2. If you have any particular question such as the type of soil or elevation grown at, we can answer that for you too. Simply start a chat or contact us.
  • What are your coffee capsules compatible with?
  1. Our Kailani Coffee Capsules are Keurig compatible. 
  • Which coffee flavors come in capsules/pods that are compatible with Keurig machines?

  1. This is a common question and can be confusing since there are standalone capsule coffee options and others are variant options. To clarify, any coffee that has a 12-pack option refers to single-serve coffee pods (capsules), not bags of coffee. Each pack includes 12 individual pods and these are compatible with Keurig-style (K-cup) machines.
  2. We have several coffees available in pod format, including Bali Blue, Breakfast Blend, 6 Bean Blend, Cowboy Blend, Mexico, Peru and Peru Decaf (all offered in 12 pack pods). For Bali Blue, Mexico and Peru, pods are available as separate listings.
  • Do I need to return defective coffee?
  1. No, we do not require physical returns of coffee products for safety and quality reasons.
  • How long do refunds take?
  1. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
  • What if my coffee arrives stale or damaged?
  1. Contact us immediately and we'll process an expedited replacement at no cost to you.
  • Can I exchange my coffee for a different roast or grind?
  1. Yes! Contact us within 30 days and we'll help you get the perfect coffee for your taste preferences.
  • Do you have low acid coffee's?
  1. Yes we do! Please take a look at the list to find the coffee that's right for you!

  • Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
  1. Yes, we have a 10% off your entire order coupon for new email subscribers. Once you subscribe you receive an email with the coupon code.
