Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time
1-5 business days for roasting and preparation before shipping
This processing time allows our roasting partners to:
- Roast your coffee to order in small batches
- Ensure optimal freshness and quality
- Pack your order with care
Shipping Methods & Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: USPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- Expedited Options: Available at checkout for faster delivery
- Free shipping threshold: All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping
Total Delivery Time
2-10 business days from order placement to delivery
Bulk Orders (Direct Ship)
Important: All Bulk (Direct Ship) orders are shipped ex-warehouse ("ex-warehouse" means the seller's responsibility ends when the products are handed over to carrier) with shipping arranged as a courtesy. The buyer assumes ownership and responsibility when the order leaves our facility.
For bulk orders:
- Orders ship directly from one of our warehouses in either Temecula, CA or Chicago, IL
- Shipping is arranged as a convenience to you
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon departure from one of our facilities
- You are responsible for the goods once they leave our warehouse
- Delivery timeframes may vary based on order size and destination
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at your specified location
Tracking Information - All Products
All orders include tracking information automatically sent to your email. You'll receive notifications when:
- Your order is confirmed
- Your coffee is roasted and packed
- Your order ships with tracking details
- Your order is delivered
International Shipping
Sorry, we currently do not provide international shipping of any of our products outside of the United States.
Coffee Equipment Shipping
All of our coffee equipment are shipped from our vendor suppliers direct to customer and may or may not include shipping charges. These charges are determined by the vendor of the product(s) and are calculated at checkout.
Total Delivery Time
3-15 business days from order placement to delivery
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to our fresh-roasting process, orders begin roasting quickly after placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once roasting begins, we cannot modify or cancel orders.
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of making changes.
For any coffee equipment changes and cancellations, please contact us within 4 hours to ensure the product doesn't get packaged and shipped by the vendor. Once we have confirmed the change or cancellation and notified the vendor for the product we will immediately start the refund process for cancellations. For any order changes to take effect, the original order will be cancelled and your payment method refunded so you can reorder with your changes made.
Shipping Issues & Damage
Domestic Orders
If you experience shipping issues with domestic orders:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information
- We'll investigate with the carrier
- Replacement or refund provided per our return policy
- We handle all carrier claims on your behalf
International Orders
- We currently do not offer orders outside the United States
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events):
- Processing times may extend to 7-10 business days
- We recommend ordering early for gift deliveries
- Updated timelines will be posted on our website during peak periods
