Domestic Shipping (United States)
Processing Time
1-5 business days for roasting and preparation before shipping

- Free Standard Shipping: USPS Ground (1-5 business days)
- Expedited Options: Available at checkout for faster delivery
- Free shipping threshold: All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping

Bulk Orders (Direct Ship)
Important: All Bulk (Direct Ship) orders are shipped ex-warehouse ("ex-warehouse" means the seller's responsibility ends when the products are handed over to carrier) with shipping arranged as a courtesy. The buyer assumes ownership and responsibility when the order leaves our facility.
For bulk orders:
- Orders ship directly from one of our warehouses in either Temecula, CA or Chicago, IL
- Shipping is arranged as a convenience to you
- Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon departure from one of our facilities
- You are responsible for the goods once they leave our warehouse
- Delivery timeframes may vary based on order size and destination
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment at your specified location
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking information automatically sent to your email. You'll receive notifications when:
- Your order is confirmed
- Your coffee is roasted and packed
- Your order ships with tracking details
- Your order is delivered
International Shipping
Availability
International shipping is available to most countries worldwide via USPS First-Class Package International.
Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight (standard 2 lbs calculation)
- Destination country
- Current USPS international rates

International Shipping Terms
Please read carefully before placing an international order:
- Delivery Times: 7-21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
- Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes
- Delivery Responsibility: Customer assumes responsibility once package leaves the US
- Limited Support: International shipping issues have limited resolution options due to customs and international carrier restrictions
Order Changes and Cancellations
Due to our fresh-roasting process, orders begin roasting quickly after placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once roasting begins, we cannot modify or cancel orders.
Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for the best chance of making changes.
Shipping Issues & Damage
Domestic Orders
If you experience shipping issues with domestic orders:
- Contact us immediately with your order number and tracking information
- We'll investigate with the carrier
- Replacement or refund provided per our return policy
- We handle all carrier claims on your behalf
International Orders
For international shipping issues:

- We'll provide available documentation for local carrier claims
- Resolution options may be limited due to international shipping restrictions
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events):
